4th of july extravaganza

yes indeed…we had ourselves a real humdinger. hehe
tofu hotdogs, tofu burgers, a canadian beverage, and fireworks in high-def! very patriotic 😉
the glorious homemade tofu burgers…fresh off the stovetop.
and a small shot of our fireworks display. sure beat sitting outside all day in the sun with tons of people just for 20 minutes of action.

Wow! What a party! Those are my kind of fireworks! Those were the same kind that we had, except then at 11:30 some braindead person decided to shoot huge professional fireworks on the next ridge over (which isn’t that far!) into the air 150 ft. then watch them cascade down into dry timber and grass! Good thing it wasn’t my next door neighbor or his bass would be grass!
Food looks yummy! Mickey wants some too!
