d’oh. I am so dissapointed. I just had to turn down what looked like a pretty good job offer just because I don’t have a car. that sucks. There’s this pretty cool web site called Hopstop that is like MapQuest for the subway here in New York. So, I checked this place out and it would take almost two hours to get there by the subway and walking–and it’s only about 5 miles away from our new apartment. 🙁

Oh my….I hate catch 22’s! It will get better or there is always the option of running away to Washington State before funds run out! hehe Don’t feel bad, it has been over 100 degrees here in Paradise….which by the way….is NOT Paradise! hehe Janiece

DUDE! HELLO! BICYCLE. You can do 5 miles in about 20 minutes, easy. Say 30 since you’re in NYC. Plus you get in great shape and can get all kinds of badass gear and a messenger bag and feel like you’re the coolest hippest urbanist new yorker around.
car. pfff. call them back right now and then find a bike on craigslist.
